Real estate developer Omaxe has announced a Rs. 1,200 crore investment to develop a 450-acre integrated township in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, marking a significant expansion into India’s Tier-II real estate markets.
Revealed on July 8, the township will be located along Indore’s fast-growing Super Corridor and developed in phases. The project is expected to generate Rs. 2,500 crore in revenue over the next three years. The development will be executed by Omaxe’s subsidiaries, and primarily funded through internal accruals, with no significant external debt.
Key Highlights
According to Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe, the township will be a “future-ready ecosystem,” offering a comprehensive urban mix of residential plots, commercial zones, retail outlets, educational institutions, healthcare centres, hospitality infrastructure, and public amenities.

Omaxe has already delivered 15 projects in Madhya Pradesh and aims to complete two more in the current quarter. This Indore initiative comes on the heels of a similar township launch in Amritsar, indicating the company's strategic pivot toward high-potential Tier-II cities. The move is in line with broader trends of urban decentralization and rising real estate demand in emerging Indian cities.
