India Infra Developer Omaxe Group unveils New Project in Faridabad worth Rs. 600 crore

New Singapore, an expanded new phase at World Street by Omaxe in Faridabad, has been launched, according to the Omaxe Group. This development, which has a project value of Rs 600 crore, would increase World Street's attractiveness on a worldwide scale by bringing in a high-street experience that combines luxury shopping, hospitality, and entertainment.

With more than 120 acres, World Street has grown into the biggest mixed-use development in North India. The attraction, which occupies 27 acres and is already home to 250+ leading companies, receives 15,000–20,000 visitors per day, with the number rising to over 1 lakh during holidays and other special events.

Its infrastructure and advantageous location have made it a popular option for real estate investors, and its value has increased significantly.

The 11.59-acre New Singapore will add 1.5 million square feet of retail space, providing a distinctive shopping and lifestyle experience, to this flourishing environment. Grand plazas, graceful pathways, verdant landscapes, and carefully planned public areas are all incorporated into the development, which draws inspiration from Singapore's contemporary urban planning to create a smooth and captivating experience for guests.

To guarantee a flawless shopping experience, a dedicated parking facility with space for more than 1,000 cars has also been planned.
