NeoLiv Sells 263 Housing Plots in Haryana, Hits Rs. 300 Crore in Sales

NeoLiv, a Mumbai-based real estate developer that is set up as a fund, announced the sale of 263 plots within their very first residential project - NeoLiv Grand Park in Kundli-Sonipat in Haryana, bringing in sales of more than Rs. 300 crore.

The project is being designed by world-renowned Architect Hafeez Contractor and BDP India located in the UK. The project will include a 3-acre Urban Forest and a club of 30,000 sq ft, said the statement.

Located in Sonipat, NeoLiv Grand Park is also situated within minutes of North Delhi and near the upcoming Delhi Metro Line, Delhi-Sonipat Rapid Rail, the KMP Expressway and the UER -2, according to the statement.
