Marriott International has announced a strategic partnership with Vardhman Amrante, a venture by the Oswal Group, to launch The Westin Ludhiana—marking the debut of the globally renowned Westin Hotels & Resorts brand in Punjab.
Slated to open in Q4 of 2030, the luxury hotel will feature 200 keys and form part of a mixed-use development that includes high-end retail, a multiplex, and a gaming zone, adding a significant lifestyle and hospitality destination to Ludhiana’s urban fabric. Ludhiana, one of Punjab’s most dynamic industrial, commercial, and cultural centres, is an ideal location for Westin’s wellness-first brand philosophy, which emphasizes rejuvenation, fitness, and holistic well-being.

The Westin Ludhiana will offer signature amenities such as a lobby bar, multiple dining venues, the WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, Heavenly Spa by Westin, a swimming pool, and versatile banqueting spaces—both indoor and outdoor—designed to host corporate events and social gatherings.
