Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of three new properties—in Surat (Gujarat), Rudrapur (Uttarakhand), and Dalhousie (Himachal Pradesh)—as part of its ongoing expansion strategy across key domestic markets.
These new additions will contribute 244 rooms to Lemon Tree’s growing portfolio, each property designed to serve the diverse needs of business and leisure travelers. The Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat will feature 85 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, a meeting room, and recreational options including a swimming pool and spa.

The Lemon Tree Hotel, Rudrapur will offer 84 rooms, a restaurant, conference hall, and recreational amenities including a swimming pool and fitness center. Strategically positioned, the hotel is 15 km from Pantnagar Airport and just 4 km from Rudrapur City Railway Station.
In the picturesque hill town of Dalhousie, the Lemon Tree Resort will bring 75 rooms, a banquet, restaurant, spa, and other public amenities. It lies 200 km from Amritsar Airport and 79 km from Pathankot Railway Junction, well connected via scenic roadways.
