juSTa Kashi Parampara Opens in Varanasi This August

jüSTa Hotels & Resorts is set to debut its latest boutique property, jüSTa Kashi Parampara, in August 2025. Marking the brand’s first foray into Uttar Pradesh and its 26th hotel in India, this unique hotel is nestled just 800 meters from Varanasi’s iconic Assi Ghat.

The property is housed in an 80-year-old ancestral home that has been lovingly restored and converted into a 14-room boutique hotel. Originally a two-storied family bungalow, it now offers an immersive stay experience designed for modern travellers seeking peace, wellness, and cultural authenticity in India’s spiritual capital.

Built around a central courtyard and inspired by traditional Indian architecture, the hotel includes two elegant suites and 12 thoughtfully designed rooms. The interiors feature earthy tones, high ceilings, and extensive use of natural materials to create a tranquil, grounding atmosphere.

A defining aspect of jüSTa Kashi Parampara is its commitment to heritage design. It incorporates 100-year-old handcrafted wooden pillars and sandstone jali work from Jodhpur, giving the hotel the timeless charm of a Rajasthani haveli. The serene design avoids loud colours and visual clutter, encouraging reflection and inner peace—particularly for guests on wellness or spiritual journeys.
