Prestige City Expands with Fernvale & Eaton Park Launch

To strengthen its presence in East Bengaluru's real estate, Prestige Group has announced a new phase for its signature integrated township, The Prestige City, along Sarjapur Road. The expansion involves two new residential clusters- Prestige Fernvale and Prestige Eaton Park marking the developer's continued emphasis on extensive, community-oriented living complexes.

Prestige Fernvale will consist of two high-rise buildings, 27 floors and 28 floors high, and will contain a total of 387 apartments. In close proximity to Avalon Park within the township, Fernvale will likely have internal access via Eternity Drive and have smooth connectivity to Valagere Kallahalli Road. A proposed 45-meter CDP road is also in consideration, which would further enhance regional access and increase infrastructure support. 

"Fernvale has been conceptualised with an aim of harmonising high-rise urban living with networked convenience," a Prestige spokesperson added.

In addition to Fernvale, Prestige Eaton Park is also planned. The project will feature four residential towers, up to 31 floors, with a total of 362 units. Eaton Park will be handled by renowned architecture practice RSP, emphasizing the quality and visual appeal of Prestige. "Each new addition to The Prestige City is well-curated to keep pace with changing urban lifestyles while retaining a feeling of community," said a senior company official.

The Prestige City already has a cluster of several thriving developments like Avalon Park, Eden Park, and Great Acres. This second phase further solidifies its position as one of the most ambitious and integrated residential developments in Sarjapur.
