Hrithik Roshan Buys Multiple Mumbai Offices Worth Rs 28 Crore

‍‌Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan together with his father Rakesh Roshan's HRX Digitech LLP and his mother Pramila Roshan's Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd have purchased 10 office units in Mumbai's Andheri West worth Rs 28 crore, as per the property registration documents seen by Propstack.

The newly bought offices are the 3rd and 4th-floor ten office units of Yura Business Park, where five units have been acquired by HRX Digitech LLP.

The company in which Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan are the designated partners and five units by Filmkunj Bombay Pvt Ltd, the company where Hrithik and Pramila Roshan are the directors.

The size of each unit varies from 769 sq ft to 852 sq ft with the total RERA carpet area being 6,968 sq ft. All the deals were recorded on November 27, 2025. Yura Business Park Pvt Ltd, which is associated with Pecan and Transcon, is the seller for these deals.

This purchase is preceded by several other real estate deals of the Roshan family. On November 19, 2025, Rakesh and Pramila Roshan bought five office units in Andheri for Rs 19.68 crore in Vaidya West World One Aeropolis from Vaidya Spaces Pvt Ltd. Before that, on November 24, 2025, Hrithik Roshan's sister, Sunaina Rakesh Roshan, purchased two commercial units in Andheri East for Rs 6.42 crore, according to SquareYards data.

These well-timed purchases of the Roshan family demonstrate their sustained commitment to the Mumbai commercial real estate market and are indicative of the increasing investment trend of top-profile families in the prime urban locations.
