Godrej Properties Enters Vadodara with 34-Acre Land Deal

Godrej Properties has announced its entry into Vadodara, Gujarat, through the acquisition of a 34-acre land parcel located on Ajwa Road, a fast-developing real estate corridor.

The new project will feature premium plotted residential units, offering an estimated saleable area of 0.9 lakh square feet, according to a company statement. This acquisition marks GPL’s second land deal in Gujarat within the past year, reinforcing its strategic intent to expand in the western state. In October 2024, the company had acquired a 3-acre parcel in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, for a luxury residential development.
