Grant Associates has presented the landscape vision of Gaia Residences and Amstoria Verti-Greens, a luxurious residential project by BPTP in Gurugram, redefining an urban lifestyle that is wellness-driven, along the Gurugram Dwarka Expressway.
On 12 acres, the project has a cluster of 45 storeys tall towers that were planned by DPA Singapore, which are arranged around a large central garden sanctuary. The landscape is situated in the center of the development and turns the ground plane into an immersive, biophilic space which combines the amenities of a hospitality nature with natural spaces.
Key Highlights
The gardens are embedded with pools, spa gardens, shaded walks, water features and an event lawn in the biodiverse woodland areas to form a restorative environment that facilitates physical, mental and social health.

The design is carried up vertically with sky terraces and planted amenity balconies, augmenting the idea of an oasis in the sky as well as increasing panoramic views. Long-term ecological sustainability and enhancement of the microclimate are achieved through sustainability planning, urban greening and climate-sensitive planting.
The construction was initiated at the end of the previous year and is planned to be completed in 2032. Landscape is made a central design element in the project which affects not only identity but the daily experience in the modern luxury lifestyle.
