Sotheby’s International Realty (India SIR) has formed a strategic joint venture with United Kingdom-based Interiors With Art (IWA) to extend its reach in India’s fast-growing ultra-luxury residential market.

The collaboration is committed to providing tailor-made, multidisciplinary architecture and interior design consulting services for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients looking for internationally extensive living standards. The partnership is a strategic move for India SIR as rich clients start seeking all-inclusive luxury solutions which include more than just buying property.
