Boss Inn International Palace, a Chennai-based company, has announced its entry into the hospitality sector with the development of Citadines Oragadam Chennai, in partnership with The Ascott.
This marks Boss Inn’s debut project, led by V S Nathan, who brings over 30 years of cross-sector global experience across hospitality, trading, finance, and technology.

This launch marks Ascott’s third property in Chennai, following Citadines OMR Chennai and Somerset Greenways Chennai, and will anchor its presence in the western corridor. The property will benefit from excellent connectivity to Chennai International Airport and the upcoming Parandur International Airport, aligning with Ascott’s long-term vision for sustained growth across key Indian cities.
