Aaiji Group Launches RERA-Approved Project in Dholera SIR

Aaiji Group, a prominent real estate developer, has secured Gujarat RERA approval for its latest plotted development project, Aaiji Residency 477, located along the high-growth Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway.

Spanning a 10,809 sq meter NA plot in Kadipur Village, the project lies within the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), India’s first greenfield smart city under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The development offers RERA-registered premium residential plots, capitalizing on its strategic proximity to critical infrastructure including the ABCD Activation Zone, metro rail, broad-gauge railway, IT and Knowledge Zones, and the proposed international cargo airport. The project will also be served by the 250-meter-wide expressway, Vande Metro, and smart civic infrastructure.

Aaiji Residency 477 (RERAReg.No.PR/GJ/AHMEDABAD/DHOLERA/DSIRDA/PAA15497/110725/311229) is registered under Section 5 of the RERA Act and is valid until December 31, 2029. It will feature ICT-enabled Wi-Fi infrastructure, smart meters, sustainable waste and water management, and rainwater harvesting systems, aligning with the city's smart and green objectives.
