Brigade Group has purchased 11 acre land parcel at Whitefield, Bengaluru to develop a premium Grade A office space project operating on the gross development of Rs. 2,000 crores.
The development will cover approx. 1.5 million sq. ft and represents a strategic expansion of the commercial real estate footprint of the company by a prime technology and business corridors in the city. The company pointed out that Whitefield is still a strong market for office space because of metro connectivity and lively corporate ecosystem. This new office space is part of their larger plan of adding eight million sq. ft. on their balance of office portfolio.
With a sustainability-oriented nature of design and infrastructure, the new project will strive to reflect the company’s net-zero emissions target, further establishing its leaders’ position in the green building market.

The company already manages 10 million sq. ft. of commercial space, and has several new developments in pipeline in key cities, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, and Kochi. Brigade’s further investments strengthen its position in the office space segment, reacting to increasing demand for quality, eco-friendly commercial infrastructure.
