Lemon Tree Hotels signs a 100-room hotel in Najibabad

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new property in Najibabad, Uttar Pradesh, marking its 25th hotel in the state.

With this addition, the company continues to strengthen its footprint in one of India’s key hospitality markets.

Currently, Lemon Tree operates 8 hotels in Uttar Pradesh, while 17 additional properties, including the newly signed Najibabad hotel, are in various stages of development within the state. The upcoming Hotel in Najibabad will be managed by Carnation Hotels, wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

The management structure reflects the group’s asset-light strategy, with Carnation Hotels overseeing operations across several of the brand’s properties.

The new hotel will feature 100 well-appointed rooms, catering to both business and leisure travellers. In addition to comfortable accommodations, the property will offer a restaurant, banquet hall, and conference room, making it suitable for corporate events, social gatherings, and local functions. Recreational amenities will include a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa, enhancing its appeal as a full-service hospitality destination in the region.
