
Lemon Tree Hotels has further strengthened its footprint in India’s pilgrimage and religious tourism circuit with the signing of a new property in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
The company has executed a Hotel Operation Agreement for an upcoming Lemon Tree Suites, Tirupati, which will be operated by its wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, subject to the execution of a licence agreement.
The upcoming hotel will feature 228 well-appointed rooms and is designed to cater to Tirupati’s year-round inflow of pilgrims drawn primarily by the Sri Venkateswara Temple.

By aligning its portfolio with high-demand religious centres, Lemon Tree continues to deepen its presence in a fast-growing hospitality segment driven by domestic travel.
In addition to accommodation, Lemon Tree Suites, Tirupati will offer a comprehensive range of amenities, including a restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, and leisure options such as a swimming pool and spa. These facilities position the property to serve both individual pilgrims and group travellers, as well as small events and gatherings.
The hotel’s strategic location, with convenient access to Tirupati International Airport and the railway station, enhances its appeal for visitors seeking seamless connectivity. This signing aligns with Lemon Tree Hotels’ broader expansion strategy in high-demand pilgrimage destinations across India.
