
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Gurugram has successfully cleared all 2,174 pending complaints up to 2024, marking a significant milestone in regulatory efficiency.
According to an official statement, all cases that were pending as of March 31, 2025, have now been fully resolved, ensuring that only 2025 complaints remain under adjudication.
In 2025 alone, RERA Gurugram adjudicated a total of 5,024 complaints, providing relief to homebuyers through refunds or delayed possession charges (DPC) based on the merits of each case.

This reflects the authority’s continued focus on addressing consumer grievances and ensuring accountability within the real estate sector.
As per the RERA status tracker on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Gurugram ranks as the third-highest in terms of complaint registrations but stands out as the top performer in complaint disposal. The data highlights the authority’s strong track record in resolving disputes efficiently.
Overall, RERA Gurugram has registered 17,893 complaints, out of which 16,753 have been disposed of, resulting in a high disposal rate of 93.62%. This places it among the leading RERA bodies in India in terms of adjudication efficiency.
