TVS Emerald's Land Purchase in Bengaluru Targets Rs. 1600 crore Revenue

The real estate developer has now acquired four properties in the current fiscal year. The business stated that TVS Emerald has added land deals with a potential total income of Rs. 5,300 crore in FY25 as a result of the most recent acquisition.

The business had previously purchased a four-acre plot in Thanisandra, Bengaluru, as well as two land parcels in Chennai—a 12-acre parcel on Radial Road and a 4.8-acre parcel in Padur. According to the corporation, the brand's total potential for projects now in development is 8.2 million square feet.

The largest land area transacted, over 607 acres in 30 different agreements, was in MMR, followed by Delhi NCR, which transacted over 417 acres in 38 separate deals, and Bengaluru, which transacted over 307 acres in 26 distinct land deals, according to statistics provided by Anarock.
