Top Real Estate Investment Firm ANAROCK Capital assigns Varun Malik as MD

Varun Malik, a seasoned financial structuring and capital raising professional, has been appointed Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets (APAC) at ANAROCK Capital, the ANAROCK Group's specialized real estate investment banking and capital markets subsidiary. Varun will use his vast knowledge of real estate financing and international transactions to lead the company's capital markets initiatives in the Asia-Pacific area in his new position.

Varun, who is based in Singapore, has a track record of successfully negotiating intricate real estate transactions and creating value for stakeholders and investors.

He has established himself as a seasoned leader in real estate capital markets by effectively leading and closing high-profile transactions across several geographies during his career.

By carrying out a number of high-profile deals with Singaporean investors, ANAROCK Capital has strengthened its standing as a leading real estate investment banking and capital markets advisor in recent years. As the Transaction Advisor for the historic acquisition of core assets in Hyderabad by Xander and GIC and Chennai by Keppel Land in 2024, ACAPL handled transactions totaling more than USD 235 million each. Additionally, the company acted as the Transaction Advisor for Oaktree Capital on a credit transaction for about USD 100 million.
