Bengaluru will be witnessing a grand new housing project under the expertise of Embassy Development Ltd. A Joint Development Agreement (JDA) has been announced by the Embassy Development Ltd highlighting that the housing project will be built on 18-acre of land, which will regulate the revenue of about Rs.1,600 crore.
This massive project will have access to Whitefield infrastructure. This new project is said to improve the connectivity of the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road (PRR), Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and Metro Purple Line- due to its facilitated access to the Whitefield infrastructures like hospitals, schools, banks, tech parks, and malls.
According to the available information, under this project, 1,000 apartments will be designed by young skillful professionals. The configuration of these apartments will be ranging from 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK. The company is targeting the bloom of strong IT and ITeS demand in the region, hence the project launch is expected for the fiscal year of 2027.
The managing director of Embassy Developments Limited, Aditya Virwani said, “Whitefield continues to be a strategic focus for us. As a predominantly end-user-driven micro-market, it has shown greater resilience supported by sustained demand from Bengaluru’s professional workforce and ongoing infrastructure growth. While we have a secured launch pipeline of 10 projects for FY2026 with an expected GDV of over Rs.22,000 crore, this deal reinforces our commitment to building a robust future pipeline and we are actively exploring new opportunities across key markets.”
