Swamiraj Signs INR 180 Cr Deal for Thane West Project

House of Swamiraj, the fast-rising player in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) real estate, has entered into a Rs.180 crore development pact with Prakash CHS and Sargam CHS, two veteran housing societies in Thane off Pokhran Road, Thane West, for a luxury residential project.

The deal, finalized in the presence of directors Jason Samuel, Ajay Kedare, Gordon Monteiro, and Rajesh Wayal, is the brand's second big feat in a mere three months.

Strategically positioned on a 2,000 sq m land parcel in one of Thane's most rapidly appreciating micro-markets, the project is destined to redefine high-end urban living through contemporary design, high-end design, and lifestyle-focused amenities.
