Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. has rolled out Phase 2 of its premium residential development, Prestige Forest Hills, at The Prestige City in Mulund, Mumbai. This new phase comes with an estimated gross development value (GDV) around ₹2,200 crore, and it really boosts the developer presence in Mumbai’s high end living segment.
The second phase, well it includes Towers C (partially) and D, adding roughly 500 premium residences into the integrated township.
