Prestige Group Targets Rs. 2-3 Cr Mid-Market Homes in 2025

Prestige Group, one of India’s top real estate developers, is pivoting toward the mid-market housing segment, targeting homes priced between Rs. 2–3 crore in tech-driven cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The strategic move is aimed at tapping the growing demand from salaried homebuyers seeking quality residences in this price range. Prestige is also expanding into luxury villas, with upcoming standalone homes in Bengaluru and township villas in Hyderabad’s Prestige City. A blend of independent and gated villas is also in the works for Goa, priced between Rs. 10–15 crore.

Praveer Srivastava, Senior Vice President at Prestige Group, confirmed that “2024 saw major luxury launches such as Prestige White Meadows and Raintree Park with price tags up to Rs. 6.5 crore, in 2025 we will focus more on affordable premium homes. Key launches are planned in Whitefield, Bannerghatta Road, and Kanakapura Road, forming part of a Rs. 2,000 crore launch pipeline for Bengaluru,” he said.

In the plotted development space, the company is nearing sellout of its Prestige Gardenia project (Rs. 1.5 crore per plot) and plans Rs. 1,500 crore worth of launches in Bengaluru alone.

Prestige aims to hit Rs. 50,000 crore in home sales by FY28-29, up from Rs. 17,000 crore last year. For FY25, launches totaling Rs. 50,000 crore GDV are planned across Bengaluru, Goa, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.

Looking ahead, Prestige is eyeing entry into Pune, Gurugram, and Noida, recognizing them as high-potential real estate markets.
