Peninsula Land Limited, part of the Ashok Piramal Group, is entering a new growth phase by expanding into premium plotted developments.

The company has acquired 11 acres in Sogaon, Alibaug, and 29 acres in Bhilawale, Karjat, capitalizing on rising lifestyle demand and improved connectivity near Mumbai. This strategic expansion is backed by a Rs. 765 crore real estate platform created in partnership with Alpha Alternatives and Delta Corp, signaling strong investor confidence.

“This marks the first deployment of capital from our real estate platform and represents a focused commitment to growing our plotted development business,” said Rajeev Piramal, CEO and MD of Peninsula Land. “Our objective is to simplify land ownership by removing traditional barriers—whether it is ambiguous titles, counter-party risk, or poor infrastructure.”

Building on its successful launches—AshokVann in Pune (2023) and AshokVistas (2025), both Day 1 sell-outs—Peninsula Land aims to tap into the growing national interest in land-led investments. The Alibaug and Karjat projects will be modern plotted communities, complete with curated amenities, secure environments, and contemporary infrastructure.
