Kumar Vibe Properties, a 50:50 joint venture between Kumar Properties and Infrastructure LLP (led by Mr. Hitesh Jain) and Vibe Realty (led by Mr. Gopal Sarda), has secured a strategic investment of Rs. 115 crore from Nisus Finance.
This marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey, bolstering its position in India’s dynamic urban real estate market. The capital infusion will be allocated across three key projects located in Khar West, Goregaon West (Mumbai), and NIBM (Pune)—some of the most sought-after residential micro-markets in western India.
Key Highlights
Each project targets a distinct buyer segment: Khar West: Ultra-luxury residences priced at Rs. 7 crore and above. Goregaon West: Premium luxury homes between Rs. 3 crore and Rs. 4.25 crore. NIBM Pune: Aspirational homes up to Rs. 1.25 crore.
Together, the projects are expected to generate a topline exceeding Rs. 1,100 crore, reflecting strong market potential across segments. The funding from Nisus Finance ensures capital adequacy, enabling Kumar Vibe Properties to accelerate construction, maintain financial agility, and explore new avenues of growth.
