IHCL Signs New Gateway Hotel in Bibvewadi

India's premier hospitality company, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), has signed a new hotel in Pune, Maharashtra, under its Gateway brand. Situated in the emerging micro-market of Bibvewadi, the greenfield development will form part of a large mixed-use development, strategically located close to the city centre.

The 180 key Gateway Bibvewadi Pune will also include an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, and a lively bar. The guests will also have access to contemporary recreational facilities like a state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool. Business travelers and event planners will enjoy a 4,000 sq. ft. banquet space, several meeting rooms, and pre-function areas for accommodating social and corporate events.
