Newgen Plans Landmark 6-Tower Residential Project in Bengaluru

Newgen Developers has announced plans for a landmark residential project in the fast-developing Hitech, Defense & Aerospace Park at Bagalur, North Bengaluru. The project comprises more than 2,000 residential apartments across six tower buildings, one of the largest launches in the area.

Developed by RSP Design Consultants, a firm known for their contemporary and eco-friendly architecture, the development will comprise 23-floor towers over a double basement and ground floor (2B+G+23F) plan. The complex will provide a combination of 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments designed for urban professionals, families, and investors.

Although the pricing and unit plans are not yet revealed in detail, the project is announcing landscaped greens, clubhouse amenities, and green construction practices in line with urban sustainability objectives.
