Lodha Ventures rebranded as Abhinandan Ventures

Lodha Ventures, led by Abhinandan Lodha, has rebranded itself as Abhinandan Ventures and keeps the ownership of the Lodha Ventures brand.

The spokesperson said the rebranding was not related to the recent dispute over trademarks between Abhinandan and his elder brother, Abhishek Lodha. As per the company’s statement, the new brand name, Abhinandan Ventures, emphasizes the firm’s will to establish its own identity and approach dedicated to innovation and change in all sectors.

“Over the years, our group has become synonymous with innovation, and we now would like to capitalize on that equity with a name that truly reflects our identity and evolution. This shift is intended to further reflect the strength and depth of our presence across sectors—from private equity to branded land and differentiated real estate development among others,” said Abhinandan Lodha, chairman, Abhinandan Ventures.

“While we continue to own the brand ‘Lodha Ventures’, with all our businesses being new age, tech driven consumer-centric businesses, the new branding allows us to clearly communicate our innovation-first philosophy and ambitious plans for the future,” he said.

The group advances as Abhinandan Ventures with a new identity that clearly reflects its values and ambitions. It said in a statement that Abhinandan Ventures is aiming for expanded growth in its portfolio and stays focused on building businesses for the future.

Lodha Ventures was launched in 2015 with the aim of nurturing and speeding up growth for customer-focused businesses. Since it began, the group has grown by launching businesses in real estate, private equity, education, and emerging consumer areas. All the businesses owned by Abhinandan Ventures make use of modern technology to scale up their growth faster than traditional businesses, as per the statement. The venture group’s repertoire consists of The House of Abhinandan Lodha, Tomorrow Capital, BeyondSkool, and the Sheetal Lodha Foundation.
