Lemon Tree Hotels Signs 63-Room Property in Hyderabad

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new property in Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, strengthening its presence in the city’s hospitality market. The upcoming hotel will have 63 rooms and will serve both business and leisure travellers visiting Hyderabad.

The property will include several guest facilities such as a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting spaces and other public areas designed for corporate meetings, events and social functions. The hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, the wholly owned management subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Located in Rajendranagar, the hotel will benefit from the area’s connectivity and access to educational institutions, residential communities and commercial zones. Rajendranagar has seen steady development in recent years, with infrastructure expansion and improved road connectivity supporting real estate and institutional growth. The location also connects easily to several parts of Hyderabad, including business districts and transportation hubs.
