Kartik Aaryan’s parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, have purchased a new office space worth Rs. 10.83 crore in Vile Parle West, Mumbai, according to property documents accessed by Zapkey.

The office unit measures 1,228 sq ft (RERA carpet area) and is located on the first floor of Notan House in the JVPD area.

The transaction, registered on November 27, included the purchase of two car parking spaces, with a stamp duty payment of over Rs. 65 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

This property, located in Signature by Lotus, features a 1,905 sq ft RERA carpet area and comes with three car parking spaces. The deal included a stamp duty of Rs. 78 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
