
India’s 28 major listed real estate companies reported combined sales bookings of Rs. 92,437 crore during the first half of FY26, reflecting sustained demand for residential properties and a growing preference for established, branded developers.
Prestige Estates Projects led the market with Rs. 18,143.7 crore in pre-sales during April–September 2025, followed by DLF with Rs. 15,757 crore and Godrej Properties with Rs. 15,587 crore. Lodha Developers registered sales of Rs. 9,020 crore, while Signature Global achieved Rs. 4,650 crore, rounding off the top five.

Together, these five developers accounted for nearly 70 percent of total sales, exceeding Rs. 63,000 crore.
Other strong performers included Sobha (Rs. 3,981.4 crore), Brigade Enterprises (Rs. 3,152 crore), Oberoi Realty (Rs. 2,937.74 crore), Kalpataru (Rs. 2,577 crore), Puravankara (Rs. 2,455 crore), and Keystone Realtors (Rs. 1,839 crore). Mid-tier players such as Sunteck Realty (Rs. 1,359 crore), Aditya Birla Real Estate (Rs. 1,312 crore), Kolte-Patil Developers (Rs. 1,286 crore), Mahindra Lifespace (Rs. 1,200 crore), and Shriram Properties (Rs. 1,126 crore) also recorded notable pre-sales.
Below Rs. 1,000 crore, companies including Ajmera Realty (Rs. 828 crore), Raymond Realty (Rs. 760 crore), Ashiana Housing (Rs. 734.4 crore), Embassy Developments and Arvind Smartspaces (Rs. 607 crore each), TARC (Rs. 565 crore), Arihant Superstructures (Rs. 386.4 crore), Max Estates (Rs. 373 crore), Arkade Developers (Rs. 331 crore), Sri Lotus Developers (Rs. 319 crore), Eldeco Housing (Rs. 309.2 crore), and Suraj Estate Developers (Rs. 234 crore) reported steady performance.
