Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India's largest hospitality company, has signed a new greenfield hotel in Anjuna, Goa, under the brand Vivanta. The 110-room hotel will feature an all-day diner, bar, swimming pool, gym, and contemporary conference facilities.
Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, "IHCL has been a leader in pioneering locations and has played a pivotal role in placing Goa on the international map of tourism for more than five decades. This signing is part of our strategy to grow IHCL's presence in segments across leisure markets. We are pleased to deepen our collaboration with Fiesta Hotels with this new venture."

The hotel will be developed in association with Fiesta Hotels Pvt. Ltd., strengthening their association in the region further.
