With over two decades of experience and a portfolio of 1,700+ homeowners across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), the company is now committed to integrating wellness, emotional design, sustainability, and smart living into its future developments.
The rebranding campaign, #BeyondDimensions, was launched in three digital phases: teaser, engagement, and launch, highlighting the company’s renewed focus on creating community-led and emotionally connected homes. Director Jason Samuel emphasized that this transformation is not merely cosmetic but a deep alignment with the brand's evolving mission and long-term vision.
As part of its growth roadmap, House of Swamiraj has announced three new residential projects worth Rs. 210 crore: two in Thane (West) near Pokhran Road No. 1 valued at Rs. 160 crore, and a premium tower in Ambernath (West) valued at Rs. 50 crore. Additionally, a new development in Vartak Nagar, Thane, is in the pipeline.
