Godrej Properties rose 2.28 percent to Rs. 2,087.60 after announcing that it has emerged as the highest bidder for a 7.825-acre residential land parcel in Kukatpally (KPHB), Hyderabad.
The project, awarded through an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB), carries an estimated revenue potential of Rs. 3,800 crore. The company submitted a winning bid of Rs. 547.75 crore, confirmed by MSTC, the e-auction facilitator. An allotment letter will be issued by TGHB once formalities are completed. The parcel, located near HITEC City, will be developed into premium residential apartments with varied configurations, further strengthening Godrej Properties’ footprint in Hyderabad.

This acquisition builds on the success of the company’s recent launches, including Godrej Madison Avenue at Kokapet and Godrej Regal Pavilion at Rajendranagar. Kukatpally is among Hyderabad’s most established residential corridors, offering a robust ecosystem of schools, healthcare, retail, and commercial hubs, with excellent connectivity to HITEC City, a major employment hub.
