Godrej Properties

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), the Mumbai-based listed real estate developer, announced on February 3 that it has sold plots worth over Rs. 1,000 crore at the launch of its plotted development project, Evora Estate, in Sector 40, Panipat.

Since its launch in December 2025, the company has sold over 600 plots, covering around 8 lakh sq ft of saleable area.

This marks GPL’s first project in Panipat and its most successful-ever plotted development launch in terms of sales value.

Key Highlights

  • GPL sold Rs. 1,000+ crore plots in Panipat’s Evora Estate
  • Project spans 43 acres on NH 44A with premium amenities
  • Rs. 2,000+ crore homes sold in Godrej Trilogy, Worli Phase 1

Strategically located on NH 44A, Evora Estate spans 43 acres and follows a refined Mediterranean theme, featuring a luxurious clubhouse and premium lifestyle amenities. Positioned as a premium residential plotted development, it is GPL’s fourth addition to its portfolio of residential plotted townships in North India.

According to the company, Panipat’s growth as a micro-market is being driven by infrastructure upgrades, including improved connectivity via NH-44, along with a stronger transport and industrial network. These developments are steadily positioning the city as an attractive residential catchment in North India.

Separately, on February 2, GPL announced it had sold homes worth over Rs. 2,000 crore in Phase 1 of Godrej Trilogy in Worli, Mumbai. The project includes three towers, and in the initial phase, homes on select floors in two towers were launched, with a total opened inventory valued at around Rs. 3,500 crore.

“We are deeply encouraged by the response to Evora Estate, our first plotted development in Panipat. This milestone reinforces our belief that customers across emerging markets are seeking thoughtfully designed neighbourhoods that offer long-term value and a meaningful quality of life," said, Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO, Godrej Properties.
