Fakhruddin Properties has unveiled AED 700 million Tréppan Vision in Dubai, featuring 463 units, AI-enabled homes and eight robotic services. The project aims to integrate autonomous technology, wellness and sustainability into everyday residential living.

Dubai-based developer Fakhruddin Properties has unveiled Treppan Vision, an AED 700 million ($191 million) mixed-use development designed to integrate artificial intelligence and robotics into everyday residential life. The project will feature 463 units and introduce dedicated robotic services across the development, taking smart-home technology beyond individual residences. 

Unveiled at the International Property Show 2026, Tréppan Vision is planned around a building-wide robotics ecosystem. Rather than limiting automation to connected appliances or home-control systems, the development will deploy robots throughout common areas and residential floors to support residents with a range of services.

The project will offer eight specialised robotic services, covering functions such as deliveries, cleaning, security, coffee preparation, healthcare support and household assistance. Dedicated robots on each floor are expected to provide residents with on-demand services while reducing the need for conventional manual operations in selected areas.

The development will also incorporate AI-enabled homes, positioning artificial intelligence as part of the wider residential infrastructure. The technology is intended to support convenience, automation and personalised services, reflecting Dubai's growing focus on smart and technology-enabled urban environments.

Fakhruddin Properties' approach reflects a broader shift in Dubai's property sector, where developers are increasingly integrating AI, automation, wellness and sustainability into residential projects.
