Dubai completes 104 real estate projects worth over $30 billion in H1 2026, delivering 24,537 units. The market sees stronger housing supply, rising land values and sustained demand for off-plan, luxury and commercial properties.
Dubai’s real estate sector records strong development activity in the first half of 2026, with 104 projects completed at a combined value exceeding AED111 billion ($30.2 billion). The developments deliver 24,537 new residential and commercial units, highlighting the continued expansion of the emirate’s property market.
The latest figures point to sustained construction activity across Dubai as developers continue to add new supply in response to demand from residents, investors and international buyers. The completion of more than 100 projects during the six-month period also reflects the scale of ongoing development across the emirate.

Residential developments form a significant part of the new supply, with thousands of new homes entering the market during the period. The increase in completed units comes as Dubai’s property sector continues to attract interest from overseas investors and high-net-worth buyers, particularly in premium and branded residential segments.
At the same time, the market is showing signs of a shift in its development cycle. Dubai completed about 24,800 new homes during the first half of the year, representing a 38% increase in deliveries compared with the corresponding period. However, sales activity has moderated and developers have launched fewer new projects, suggesting a greater focus on completing existing developments.
Off-plan property continues to play a major role in the market. It accounts for around 71% of residential transactions during H1 2026, supported by demand for luxury homes, branded residences and properties in strategically located communities.
The rise in completed developments also comes alongside increasing land values, indicating continued investor confidence in Dubai’s long-term real estate prospects. Developers are responding by focusing on projects that cater to changing buyer preferences, including larger homes, premium amenities and integrated lifestyle offerings.

Dubai’s commercial property segment is also experiencing strong demand. Office sales reach a record AED15.8 billion ($4.3 billion) during H1 2026, with high-value transactions increasing significantly as businesses seek premium office space in established business districts.
The latest development figures reinforce Dubai’s position as one of the region’s most active property markets. With new residential and commercial projects continuing to come online, the emirate is expanding its real estate inventory while adapting to evolving demand patterns among investors, businesses and residents.
