Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. has won two major residential construction orders worth ₹1,103.56 crore, further consolidating its foothold in India's high-demand realty market. In a regulatory filing, the company stated that it would develop properties in Gurugram, Haryana, and Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The first order was from Whiteland Corporation, which is for building the "Urban Resort" residential complex in Sector 103, Gurugram. Worth ₹821 crore, the project involves civil and structural construction for seven high-rise towers and will be completed in 36 months. The second award, that of Bengaluru's "The Beacon," was made by Nestled Haven Estates and Maia Estates at a price of ₹282.5 crore for structural and finishing works for residential towers, to be completed in 32 months.

"These orders reflect our repeated success at securing marquee projects and increasing our footprint in key markets," the company said. Ahluwalia explained both orders are not related-party transactions and were secured in the normal course of business.

After the announcement, Ahluwalia Contracts shares increased close to 4 percent at ₹1,029.25 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, indicating investor optimism in the company's increasing order book.
With these victories, the gross order book of Ahluwalia now stands at ₹23,539 crore, with a total unexecuted order value of ₹15,775 crore. The company ended FY 2025 with revenue of ₹4,154 crore and net profit of ₹201.5 crore.
"These projects will further consolidate our position of timely delivery and quality execution," the company observed, adding that it would focus on further enhancing its leadership in the residential construction space."
