Zone Connect by The Park Opens First Hotel in Patna

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has expanded its national presence with the launch of Zone Connect by The Park Patna, marking the group’s first hotel in Bihar and signalling growing confidence in the state’s emerging hospitality market.

Positioned as a city resort, the property is designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, offering contemporary accommodation supported by wellness and event-led amenities.

Strategically located around 17 km from Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport, the hotel also benefits from connectivity to the upcoming Bihta airport, enhancing access for all travellers.

The property features a mix of rooms and cottages, an all-day dining outlet Café C, and an in-house bakery. Leisure facilities include a gymnasium, spa, swimming pool, and a dedicated children’s play area, positioning the hotel as a family-friendly urban retreat.

For the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) segment, Zone Connect by The Park Patna offers versatile indoor and outdoor venues capable of hosting up to 1,000 guests, making it a key destination for conferences, weddings and large social events in the region.

The hotel has been developed in partnership with Ramanujam Resorts. Pramod Kumar, Director at Ramanujam Resorts, noted that the collaboration is expected to extend beyond Patna, with both partners exploring future expansion opportunities across the region.

From the operator’s perspective, the launch represents a strategic entry into an emerging hospitality market. Vikas Ahluwalia, General Manager and National Head, Zone by The Park Hotels, cited improving infrastructure, rising economic activity, and growing corporate and leisure demand as key drivers.
