Zaatar W Zeit Unveils the First Made-for-India Dishes for Independence Day

Zaatar W Zeit, the beloved Lebanese brand known for its fresh, handcrafted wraps, manakish, and wholesome fare, is taking a flavorful leap this Independence Day. For the first time ever, the iconic Lebanese eatery introduces a specially crafted Indian-inspired menu - a heartfelt homage to the country it now calls home.

Launching ahead of Independence Day, this exciting lineup of “India Rolls” celebrates the vibrant tapestry of India’s flavours, blending Zaatar W Zeit’s signature Lebanese essence with bold, familiar Indian spices and ingredients.

Each bite offers a perfect harmony of textures and tastes, marrying the warmth of Indian culinary traditions with the freshness and authenticity that Zaatar W Zeit is loved for.

The menu includes wraps like the Shish Chicken Tikka, Shish Kabab, and Butter Chicken Wraps, where tandoor-grilled meats and classic Indian spices meet the signature ZWZ dough. Vegetarian diners can savor the Shish Paneer Tikka Wrap or the indulgent Zaatar Malai Paneer Skillet - both offering a delicious balance of za’atar spice and creamy cheese sauces. The Zaatar Malai Chicken Skillet is a standout  dish, combining the richness of malai tikka with signature Lebanese elements like garlic paste, pickled onions, golden fries, and mini pita bread. These new additions mark Zaatar W Zeit’s commitment to innovation while honoring its Lebanese roots, crafted to delight the Indian palate.
