Hotel Library Club Private Limited has announced the signing of Wyndham Grand Goa Vagator, a 120-key luxury hotel being developed in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

The project is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2029, marking a significant addition to Goa’s upscale hospitality landscape.

This development represents Wyndham’s third property in Goa, reinforcing its growing footprint in one of India’s most dynamic and high-performing leisure destinations. Upon completion, Wyndham Grand Goa Vagator will feature luxurious guest rooms and suites.

The hotel will also include expansive social spaces, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and a specialty restaurant, offering diverse culinary experiences.

In addition, the property will provide a range of premium amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness centre, and thoughtfully curated upscale facilities aimed at enhancing guest experiences. The hotel is also expected to incorporate modern meeting and event spaces, positioning it to capture the growing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment in the region.

Promoters of Hotel Library Club Private Limited expressed confidence in the collaboration, highlighting Goa’s sustained tourism growth and rising demand for high-end hospitality experiences. They noted that the project is expected to emerge as a preferred destination for both leisure travellers and event-driven guests.
