
Mumbai’s Worli luxury real estate market has recorded major high-value transactions, led by prominent business families. Radha Tanti, wife of Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman of Suzlon Energy, purchased a luxury apartment in Worli worth ₹123 crore, as per property registration data accessed via CRE Matrix.
The residence is located on the 44th floor of Raheja Artesia, measuring 6,772 sq ft RERA carpet area with an additional 367 sq ft balcony.
The purchase includes six parking spaces and was registered on February 2, 2026, with ₹6.17 crore stamp duty and ₹30,000 registration fees paid.

The sellers were Ravi Raheja of K Raheja Corp and Sumati Raheja.
In another high-profile deal, Suresh Pareek, founder of Ideal Cures, and Veena Pareek bought two luxury apartments in Worli for ₹190 crore in December 2025, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
The properties, located on the 43rd floor of Raheja Artesia, together span over 12,000 sq ft RERA carpet area, featuring two balconies exceeding 1,100 sq ft and two open terraces over 700 sq ft. The sellers were Chandru Raheja, Chairman of K Raheja Corp, and Jyoti Raheja. The apartments were transacted at ₹1.56 lakh per sq ft.
