Key Highlights
Priced at Rs. 1.20 lakh per sq ft, the apartment also includes four car parking spaces. This is not Sanjali’s first major real-estate investment—she earlier bought a 3,000+ sq ft sea-view apartment in Mahalaxmi for Rs. 28.27 crore in 2022. That same year, members of the Bajaj Group acquired five luxury apartments in Mumbai worth a combined Rs. 104 crore, all facing the Arabian Sea.
Worli continues to dominate India’s luxury housing segment. In 2024, Yatin Shah, co-founder of 360 ONE, bought a Rs. 158.51 crore duplex penthouse, spread across 10,312 sq ft, at Rs. 1.54 lakh per sq ft. Some transactions in the area have even approached Rs. 3 lakh per sq ft, including Leena Gandhi Tewari’s acquisition of two sea-facing duplexes for Rs. 639 crore.
