Mid-segment housing in India is steadily emerging as the backbone of the residential real estate market, evolving from a value-driven category into one of the most resilient and growth-oriented housing segments.

Once defined primarily by affordability and basic amenities, mid-income housing is now central to India’s urban expansion, driven by changing buyer expectations and long-term value considerations.

Centralized RO systems can reduce water wastage from nearly 70 percent to around 30–40 percent, while dual STPs enable reuse of almost 80 percent of water, improving overall resource efficiency.
