UrbanVault has expanded its portfolio with the launch of a new 80,000 sq. ft. Grade A centre at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru.

Developed under a strategic lease agreement with Embassy Group, the facility adds over 2,000 premium seats, with per-seat pricing starting at Rs. 10,000 per month. The new centre is strategically located in India’s largest business park, which houses global technology leaders such as IBM, Philips, GE, and Target. This ecosystem makes it a magnet for innovation and enterprise growth, providing UrbanVault’s clients unmatched access to Bengaluru’s thriving tech hub.

The company posted a strong Rs. 120 crore turnover in FY25, with 70 percent+ YoY growth and 18 percent PAT, showcasing both operational scale and financial strength.
