TVS group’s real estate extension TVS Emerald has acquired the group’s seventh deal in Bengaluru. According to the sources the acquired land parcel is near Rayasandra, costing Rs.7.18 crore. Previously the company had delivered 5.4 million sq ft of residential developments in Chennai and has under development projects of 8.9 sq ft. This new acquisition has indicated the increased real estate project from the TVS Group in the city.
Director and Chief executive officer of TVS Emerald, Sriram Iyer said, “We look forward to increasing our presence in Bengaluru with this strategic acquisition in Rayasandra. This site presents an excellent opportunity to develop a premium residential project, given its superior location within an established residential micro-market.”
TVS's real estate arm has been developing residential projects in major cities of the nation. These projects are majorly self-sustaining communities having a presence in Chennai and Bengaluru. The current RS.7.18 crore land acquisitions are expected to yield a Gross Development Value of over Rs.700 crore.
This is not the first acquisition by the company, as previously in February 2025, the company had acquired a 10-acre land parcel in Sathnur, Bengaluru and a four-acre parcel of land in Thanisandra. Sathnur parcel of the company is estimated to earn a revenue of Rs.1,600 crore. Adding to this TVS acquisition in Tamilnadu will also be yielding with more revenue.
