Tribeca Estates Launches Premium Plotted & Luxury Villa Vertical

Tribeca Developers, India’s licensed partner of the Trump Organization, has announced the launch of Tribeca Estates, a new business vertical focused on premium plotted developments, branded villas, and hospitality-led real estate.

The company confirmed that five deals are under negotiation across 300+ acres along the Mumbai–Pune corridor, marking a significant expansion into large-format, design-centric projects.

Tribeca Estates will bring the brand’s design-first philosophy to master-planned communities that offer buyers the emotional value of land ownership combined with curated lifestyle experiences.

The new vertical aims to integrate hospitality partnerships, luxury villa formats, and low-density layouts to match rising demand. Industry data shows a strong market shift: 62 percent of urban homebuyers now prefer homes with large open spaces, while 48 percent prioritize low-density living — a trend driving the surge in plotted developments.
