TreeHouse Hotels & Resorts has announced the initiation of a new brownfield hospitality project located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, representing a strategic move in its efforts to expand within emerging travel markets.

Moradabad, often referred to as the “Brass City of India,” is increasingly recognized as an important center for both business and leisure travel. This development fits well within the company’s expanding portfolio. The planned hotel will consist of more than 60 rooms and is designed as a modern full-service facility aimed at addressing the changing requirements of contemporary travelers.
