Sumadhura Group plans to put about Rs 6,000 crore into six new housing projects in Bengaluru, as part of its growth plan to meet the constant housing requests in the city.
Madhusudhan G, Chairman and Managing Director, said PTI, the real estate developer will start all six projects this quarter. These projects will have over 4,000 homes, including apartments and plots, mainly in east and north Bengaluru.

Madhusudhan stated that the demand for homes in Bengaluru remains strong due to job creation and infrastructure development. He said that these top-quality projects will meet what people want in terms of quality, good transport links, and community living. He added that the total money spent on the six projects will be between Rs 5,500 crore and Rs 6,000 crore.
The projects will cover about 90 acres and have over 8 million square feet of space to sell. The company thinks it will make about Rs 10,000 crore from these projects over their lifetime.

According to PropEquity, a real estate analysis company, Bengaluru sold almost 16,000 homes between October and December of last year. This indicates that the market remains steady, despite the ongoing economic issues.
Sumadhura Group has over 30 years of experience and has finished 56 projects totaling over 17 million square feet. The company works in housing, commercial office spaces, storage, and co-living areas, making it a varied real estate developer in South India.
