StayVista has launched Gram’s, a new design-led lifestyle hotel concept inspired by the warmth and nostalgia of a Grandmother.
Blending neo-vintage aesthetics, comfort, and community living, Gram’s reimagines modern travel accommodation with a playful yet thoughtful approach.
The first Gram’s property is located on the serene Pawna Lake in Lonavala, featuring eight charming villas, fifteen private rooms, and ten dorm rooms, collectively accommodating up to 80 guests. Each villa includes a private pool and lawn, making it ideal for yoga sessions, sundowners, or late-night gatherings under the stars.
Key Highlights
Guests can choose from an array of stay formats — from lively dorms to intimate rooms and full villas—designed for solo travelers, groups, and families seeking comfort and community. Experiences extend beyond traditional hospitality with offerings such as dining under a glass prism, memory lock wish walls, lakeside fishing, curated evening sessions, live music, and painting workshops.
“Gram’s is our take on what travel should feel like for the modern Indian— aesthetically charming, thought evoking, and effortlessly social. We wanted to capture the best of both worlds—the comfort of a hotel with the community vibe of a hostel. And yes, it had to be instantly Instagrammable. After months of pouring our hearts and soul, it’s incredible to see it all come alive,” says Amit Damani, Co-founder of StayVista.

The heart of Gram’s is its restaurant by the lake, combining nostalgia with creativity through dishes like Animal Fries, Maggi Pakodas, and Parle-G Truffle Balls. To deepen its emotional resonance, Gram’s has launched a first-of-its-kind campaign introducing a dedicated “Grand Mom” (50+) role. The selected Grand Mom will audit stays, craft heartfelt content, share authentic reviews, and bring generational wisdom into the brand’s core.
